Autologous blood recovery is an important way to reduce allogeneic blood transfusion in patients with major surgery. This method is to obtain autologous blood through preoperative pre storage and isovolumetric blood dilution, or recover the blood in the operation field to obtain autologous red blood cells, and input them back into the patient when necessary. In recent years, we have achieved good results in the application of dilution and recovery autologous blood transfusion in some patients with benign brain tumors. In the process of benign brain tumor surgery, patients have a large amount of bleeding and usually need blood transfusion. Allogeneic blood transfusion is an important method to meet the requirements of intraoperative blood transfusion for patients with benign brain tumors. However, allogeneic blood transfusion has high requirements and complex procedures. It is difficult for patients to supplement blood components in time and effectively, and there are a variety of blood transfusion risks, resulting in damage to multiple organs and organs. Therefore, autologous blood transfusion is recommended. Autologous blood transfusion can effectively alleviate the tense situation of blood supply and demand in surgical patients, reduce the consumption of blood resources, and its collection and infusion operation is convenient and safe. It can shorten the preparation time of allogeneic blood transfusion and prevent the technical errors of allogeneic blood transfusion. Pre stored autologous blood transfusion is one of the sources of autologous blood, but it has some defects, such as damage in storage period and the risk of wrong blood verification. Therefore, pre stored autologous blood has high cost and low blood transfusion benefit.
