WilliamOucHi chose a typical enterprise in Japan and the United States as the research object. It is concluded that the success of Japanese enterprises is attributed to corporate culture, the core of which is to attach importance to human factors. Z theory studies the role of culture in management, and holds that American enterprises should learn from Japanese corporate culture management model and use people-oriented corporate culture to manage, which will make employees more friendly to colleagues and more loyal to enterprises, and make departments focus on the interests of the company, thus improving production efficiency.
