As one of the five major modes of logistics transportation, pipeline transportation usually transports high-risk products such as crude oil and natural gas, so how to ensure the safety of pipeline transportation is highlighted. The pipeline robot can complete the pipeline inspection work in the complex and abominable pipeline environment, and then improve the safety of pipeline logistics transportation. The wheel type material detector designed in this paper is a kind of pipeline robot.Firstly, the main design parameters are determined, and the wheel mechanism is selected for driving. The robot walking mechanism is driven by four-wheel drive, and the maximum running speed can reach 3 M / min. After determining the driving scheme, the motor selection, wheel gear and motor shaft gear, shaft and other aspects of the detector are designed and checked in detail. Finally, the importance of logistics equipment management is explained, and some suggestions on management and effective maintenance are put forward.
