To observe the efficacy and safety of low-molecular-weight heparin sodium combined with dydrogesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion.
Abstract: Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of dydrogesterone + low-molecular-weight heparin sodium in the treatment of threatened abortion patients. Methods: 78 patients with threatened abortion who were treated in our hospital from November 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into two groups by simple randomization method, namely the control group and the observation group, with 39 cases in each. The control group was treated with dydrogesterone alone, and the observation group was treated with low-molecular-weight heparin sodium on the basis of the control group. The clinical symptom relief time, the incidence of adverse reactions and the effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05); the effective rate of the observation group was 94.87% higher than that of the control group 76.92%; the clinical symptom relief time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, P< 0.05. Conclusion: In the treatment of patients with threatened abortion, the combined treatment of dydrogesterone and low-molecular-weight heparin sodium can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, with significant curative effect and good safety.
Keywords: low molecular weight heparin sodium; dydrogesterone, threatened abortion; safety
