Hi Yanbing，For your complained NCR SBAO000663&SBAO000669 are all the chamfering damage & missing corner issues, we analysis and summary as follow:1. The kits 622P2SLMB190388 & 622P2SLMB190390 were all delivery to LMB plant on 4th.Nov,2019 & 5th.Nov,2019, it has been one month, so this chamfering position damage issue may be related to the material handling transfer;2. We checked our packaging photo, there is no packaging exception or risk as follow, so we think this chamfering position damage issue may be related to the brakes in the transportation;Corrective actions:1). we had informed the driver to pay attention to reduce the brakes in the transportation; 2). Now our packaging way had improved, we try to use the carton boxes to protect these thinner panels from the kits 622P2SLMB190507, which will be delivery to LMB plant on 18th.Dec,2019 according to the delivery plan, please check and feedback the result after the kits arrived.
