Responsibility• Collect warranty data and analyze which issue can be controlled by plant, and is connect windows for service team • Quick react all the warranty issue, distribute to different functions and tracking the progress• Work with service team, make sure all the customer complain transfer to the Plant • Communicate with service team and Center Quality the quality spill risk based on evaluation• Tracking the warranty performance and find opportunity to improvement• Go to the dealers to fully understand the customer complain and improve the quality based on customer feedback Requirement:• 5 years+ experience in OEM for quality control or improvement related work. • Familiar with quality warranty process.• Bachelor Degree in engineering related majors.• Excellent cross functional team management skill • Good team work sprint and strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills in bilingual.• Computer Knowledge: MS Outlook, Word, Excel• Fluent English
