The specific description of value creation of sustainable business model describes how enterprises create value for target customers, environment and society, that is, how enterprises realize their economic, environmental and social value propositions in actual production and operation activities. In order to successfully implement these activities, enterprises need to clarify three issues: 1. What (unique) resources and capabilities does the enterprise own; 2. What (unique) resources and capabilities each member of the value network has; 3. Which resources and capabilities can be used to realize the value proposition of the enterprise. After clarifying these, we can think about and design how to allocate and cooperate with each member of the value network to realize the value proposition.
