It is a new type of automotive electronic control product and has been more and more widely used.This article takes the car as the research object and starts the research on the automobile ABS. Mainly completed the following work:Through the analysis of the force on a single wheel, the main factors affecting the adhesion coefficient of the wheel are determined;By comparing the performance advantages and disadvantages of the electromagnetic induction wheel speed sensor and the Hall effect sensor, the Hall effect wheel speed sensor is adopted and designed;Through the analysis of the control structure, a real-time control system with 80C196KC microcontroller produced by INTEL as the core is designed, including hardware components such as signal input circuit, control output circuit, and drive circuit;After comparing various control schemes, the "logic gate limit method" was determined as the control scheme, and the combination of acceleration and slip rate was selected as the control parameter. The event threshold is used to calculate the wheel speed.This article just designed the ABS control system based on what I learned. The control function of ABS is realized in theory, and the design requirements are completed. In the design process, I have a deeper understanding of automobile braking theory and braking devices, expanded my knowledge, and improved my ability to solve problems.
