本维莫德是一种治疗银屑病的人工合成的天然产物。本维莫德的研究历史起始于 1999 年，陈庚辉团队获得了本维莫德的专利。这是从一种土壤线虫的共生细菌代谢产物中分离出来的小分子化合物。后续研究发现，本维莫德能治疗炎症性和自身免疫性疾病，是首个治疗性芳香烃受体调节剂 (TAMA），具有全新作用机理，能多通路抑制银屑病发病环节。目前，已有四条本维莫德的合成路线被报道，四条合成路线均有各有各的弊端，因此寻找绿色高效的合成路线具有重要的研究意义。本项目拟开发基于Heck反应的本维莫德的高效绿色合成技术，缩短合成路线的步骤。

Benvemod is a synthetic natural product for the treatment of psoriasis. Benvemod's research history began in 1999, and Chen GengHui's team obtained benvemod's patent. This is a small molecule compound isolated from the metabolites of symbiotic bacteria of a soil nematode. Subsequent studies found that benvemod can treat inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. It is the first therapeutic aromatic hydrocarbon receptor modulator (Tama). It has a new mechanism and can inhibit the pathogenesis of psoriasis through multiple channels. At present, four synthetic routes of benvemod have been reported, and each of the four synthetic routes has its own disadvantages. Therefore, it is of great research significance to find a green and efficient synthetic route. This project plans to develop benvemod's efficient green synthesis technology based on Heck reaction to shorten the steps of the synthesis route.
