Quality Assurance Acceptance <br>1. After Party B receives the written notification of Party A’s quality assurance acceptance, it shall send personnel to participate in the quality assurance acceptance at the time agreed in the written notification. <br>2. Within 60 days of the expiration of the quality assurance acceptance period, Party B shall conduct a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the equipment and facilities of the quality assurance project, and issue a comprehensive inspection and maintenance report for the project. <br>3. The quality assurance acceptance shall include the performance of equipment and facilities and the usage of equipment and facilities.

Warranty acceptance <br>1. After receiving the written notice of the acceptance of Party A's warranty, Party B shall send a staff to participate in the acceptance of the warranty in accordance with the agreed time of the written notice.<br>2. Within 60 days after the acceptance period of the warranty, Party B shall carry out a comprehensive overhaul and maintenance of the quality warranty engineering equipment facilities and issue a comprehensive maintenance report for the project.<br>3. Warranty acceptance shall include the performance of the equipment facilities and the use of the equipment facilities.
