The primary objective of a People Specialist is to take responsibility for driving all people based activitywithin the company to achieve business objectives and continuous improvement in skills, knowledge,capabilities and standards across the company. The People Specialist is a partner to the ExecutiveManagement Team providing support and expertise on matters relating people activity. He/She mayspecialize and develop concepts, methods and measures in different HR disciplines like personnel andorganizational development, talent- and competence management, vocational education, compensationsystems and HR- controlling, contract management, employee surveys, etc. A People Specialist may alsoinfluence the evolution of culture and change management.
