Sodium sulphate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) is a method for detecting protein separation effect, which is based on differences in the molecular weight of protein sub-bases. In this experiment, the separation of geland and protein band were studied by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis using SDS-PAGE electrophoresis as a sample of recombinant human follicle-promoting cell hormone (rhFSH). The gel separation effect of different SDS content is different, and the protein bands detected by different sample volumes are different. This experiment first compared the separation effect of 8% and 13.5% of gels, and concluded that the gel with a content of 13.5% was suitable for detecting rhFSH protein. Secondly, change the sample volume on the sample, using the selected 13.5% gel for electrophoresis testing, comparative analysis of the gel map to obtain different sample volume on the gel strip have different effects, suitable for rhFSH sample sample sample volume of 10 sL. At the same time, the protein activity of the sample rhFSH was studied, and the protein activity was different at different pH and temperature, respectively, from pH and temperature.
