Before February, the patient had multiple rashes on his left neck, right upper limb and right armpit. At first, the rash was erythema, with clear boundary, slightly higher than the skin surface, accompanied by pruritus. After that, the rash broke and formed ulcers and scabs, without exudates, fever, headache and other discomfort. When the patient was sick (August 8, 2019 to October 8, 2019), he worked in Iraq and was bitten by insects. Self application of ointment (unknown), no improvement in symptoms, was introduced by colleagues to our outpatient department on November 11, 2019. Blood routine examination: WBC 5.11 × 109/l, GR 3.27 × 109/l, GR 63.9%, Hgb 159G / L, PLT 162 × 109 / L, CRP 1.10mg/l. Leishman antibody test: negative. It is for further diagnosis and treatment, and it is included in our department.<br>
