Objective: To explore and analyze the application effect of humanized nursing in patients with acute abdominal surgery in gynecology. Methods: Sixty patients with acute abdomen surgery who were admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group added humanized care on this basis, and compared the clinical effects of the two groups of patients after care. Results: Before nursing, there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05). After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the improvement effect of anxiety and depression was obvious. Compared with the nursing satisfaction of the two groups, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of humanized nursing interventions in the care of patients undergoing acute abdominal surgery for obstetrics and gynecology has greatly improved the patients' anxiety and depression compared with conventional nursing measures, and has improved the patient's nursing satisfaction. It is worth clinical promotion.
