The oven and door will get very hot when PrecisionCooking.■ Cookware will become hot. Oven mitts will be neededto handle the cookware.■ Do not use coverings, containers or cooking/roastingbags made of foil, plastic, wax or paper whenPrecision Cooking.■ Do not cover the turntable, metal trays or any part ofthe oven with metal foil. This will cause arcing in theoven.■ Use the metal tray in the same wayyou would use a shallow baking pan or baking tray.■ Do not use the wire oven rack for Precision Cook.■ Place food directly on the metal trays when cookingunless prompted by the oven to do otherwise.■ Any non-metal oven-safe dish can be used in youroven. Recipes in the Advantium Cookbook weretested in Pyrex® glass cookware and Corningware®ceramic casseroles. Cook times and results may varywhen using other types of oven-safe dishes. Placethem directly on the trays.
