There are many reasons for flight delay, which lead to the increasing probability of flight delay events, and have different impacts on passengers and airlines. Therefore, the follow-up solution of flight delay is very important. How to provide efficient remedial services for delayed passengers is the key content to relieve passengers' dissatisfaction and restore the good service impression of airlines. However, at present, the follow-up measures of airlines for flight delays are not complete, especially the cabin attendants' ability to remedy flight delays is insufficient. Therefore, how to strengthen the follow-up services of cabin attendants for flight delays has been paid more and more attention by the majority of airlines. This paper mainly explores the overview and factors of flight delay, and analyzes the problems caused by flight delay, such as lack of good communication among cabin attendants, lack of discipline of the team, delay information not telling passengers in time, etc. At the same time, combined with the analysis of the follow-up treatment methods of flight delay in various countries, it puts forward the solutions to the service of cabin attendants after flight delay.
