If you have products in Full that are damaged or not selling as expected, you can pick them up by booking an appointment.You can create stock pickups from the option "Pick up products", which is under Stock Management Full.Book an appointment to pick up your productsAfter informing how many units you want to take, you will need to book an appointment to pick them up at the warehouse. You can take advantage of the pickup to also take your damaged units.Keep in mind that reservation dates are subject to the availability of our operation, so we suggest you schedule the pickup in advance.Don't forget to take the pickup authorizationIn order to pick up your products from the warehouse, you must present the pickup authorization that you can print when scheduling your appointment.Once the pickup has been confirmed, you can see it under Created pickups Full.How to pick up the stock that was not put up for saleIf the products you sent to Full are not for sale, there could be several reasons:The products arrived damaged.They are not suitable for Full.They have identification problems.To pick up products that are not for sale at Full, you must coordinate the pickup with our customer service team from our Help menu.If your products have identification problems, you can solve them from the shipment detail and they can be for sale without the need to pick them up.
