Project Set Organizational Structure:<br>In order to improve efficiency and consistency among the projects in the front, middle, and back stages, I will coordinate and plan the work of the assembly and debugging personnel for the three project components; Simultaneously using unified progress and cost management processes and standards for process control;<br>In order to deliver project set goals that are consistent with organizational governance requirements, I require four external joint suppliers (Zhongdian Jiutian, Xipu Intelligent, Tianyou Chuangshan, Tongji University) to follow the same procedures and standards as my project set, including execution progress reports, exception feedback, upgrade feedback, supplier selection, part selection, etc.<br>In order to enter each stage of the project set, the project component leader needs to report in writing on the completion status of the project set and obtain authorization and approval before proceeding to the next stage.<br>2. Governance decision management: A decision list has been developed and the responsible units, personnel, time, and decision-making methods for each project decision have been clearly defined;<br>3. Control Action: Weekly Progress: Project components update progress weekly and report progress to me via email; Monthly: I will organize progress meetings for each project component every month and report to stakeholders via email; Quarterly: Organize project set follow-up meetings every quarter and inform stakeholders through meetings;<br>4. Risk and problem management: Develop and continuously update a risk register, while clarifying that new risks to the project set and project components during operation need to be immediately reported to the corresponding level of responsible person.
