本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法，对沉阳市于洪区光辉学校健美操教学的开展现状进行研究，指出其在开展中存在的问题，如学生对健美操运动的兴趣情况不理想，场地器材情况有待改善，教师参与健美操方面的培训机会较少。本文根据健美操教学中存在的不足提出对应的发展对策，如提升学生对健美操运动的兴趣，注重场地器材的改善以及增加教师参与健美操培训的机会等，希望通过本文的研究能够更好地促进沉阳市于洪区光辉学校校园健美操教学的开展。关键词：健美操教学；沉阳市；中学；开展现状<br>

Using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics, this paper studies the current situation of Aerobics Teaching in Guanghui school in Yuhong District, Shenyang, and points out the problems existing in the development, such as students' interest in aerobics is not ideal, the situation of venues and equipment needs to be improved, and there are few training opportunities for teachers to participate in aerobics. According to the shortcomings in aerobics teaching, this paper puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures, such as improving students' interest in aerobics, paying attention to the improvement of venues and equipment, and increasing the opportunities for teachers to participate in aerobics training.
