Appendix C contains an example of OBS Camera Plan for the coverage of Curling (Figure 1 below). The Bidder shall propose the Structure(s) for the installation of the eight (8) overhead cameras contained in the example, which need to be positioned directly over four (4) “targets” at each end of the field of play. Each Structure needs to be able to be lowered to one (1) metre above the ice for the installation and maintenance of the cameras, which are placed on robotic mounts. The Bidder shall also include a method for adjusting the Structures to precisely position the cameras. An allowance of sixty (60) kg for each camera and ancillary equipment should be made. The Structure should show overall loads for each hanging point, and the Bidder can assume that the Venue has four (4) hanging points available at each end of the playing field. We would like the Bidder to prepare a full detailed proposal based on the above requirements and the specifications of the proposal that were given at the beginning of Section 4 herein.10
