It is difficult to properly judge the films via this way (email). There seem to be some inclusions showing in the pictures, but it is difficult to determine the exact dimensions. As the pipe is subject to ASME B31.1, some inclusions can be allowed per code. Also the RT report in our opinion does not clearly indicate an acceptance nor a rejection, it only points out indications in area 55-60 and 62-67 (pore weld?), as judged by a level II inspector.Concluding: (Only) in case the indications are outside the acceptance criteria of the ASME B31.1, then repairs would be necessaryHowever, we would recommend re-checking the RT films by an RT level III inspector, before initiating any repairs as we are dealing with P91 pipe material. If repair required then the Repair proposal method is grinding to remove inclusions and reweld. PWHT and RT according to SEPCO approved procedure onsite. It seems again this welding joint has performed RT for some months, judging from the date
