1. Reasonably arrange work and rest time. In summer, the construction work time should be compressed to both ends as much as possible to avoid the high temperature at noon. Outdoor work should be stopped when the temperature exceeds 37°C. Ventilation and cooling measures should be taken when working in the cave. In case of severe storms, all operations should be stopped and personnel should be evacuated to a safe place. 2. Do a good job in site and road drainage. (1) According to the construction plan and the general drainage plan, the natural topography is used to determine the drainage direction, and the drainage ditch is dug according to the specified slope to ensure unimpeded drainage. (2) In the rainy season, the construction site is close to the high ground, intercepting ditches and drainage ditches should be dug on the high ground, and dangerous rocks should be handled to prevent landslides, landslides and other disasters. (3) Ensure that the road is unblocked. The pavement is hardened or paved with gravel, slag or other materials according to the actual situation, and the arch is increased as required. (4) Protection of raw materials, finished products and semi-finished products. Comprehensive and regular inspections of the material warehouse, timely maintenance, ensure ventilation, no leakage of rain and water, unobstructed drainage around the warehouse, and strong wall foundation to ensure the quality and safety of materials. (5) Cement should be protected from moisture and should be stored in a warehouse, and cannot be stacked directly on the ground. It should be padded with wooden boards or prefabricated slabs, at least 30cm from the ground. Use cement on the construction site and pull it as you use it and take rain-proof measures, and cover it underneath. (6) Materials that are afraid of heat and tide, such as linoleum, electrical materials, welding rods, etc., should be stored in the warehouse. Wooden semi-finished products should also be stored in the warehouse according to the storage temperature and humidity requirements. (7) Corresponding rainproof measures shall be taken for the storage of steel bars, formwork and other materials, and shall be cushioned with skids. Drainage ditch shall be set around the bulk material stacking point. (8) A rainproof shed should be installed at the mechanical operation sites such as mixers, woodworking machinery, winches, steel reinforcement machinery, and electric welders. (9) Strictly follow the flood control requirements to set up continuous and unblocked drainage facilities and emergency supplies, such as water pumps and related equipment, plastic cloth, linoleum and other materials.
