胡希恕在临床上治扁桃体发炎，常用小柴胡汤加石膏、加桔梗。如果是扁桃体化脓的，用白虎汤、增液汤，或者用玉女煎这类的方子，加马勃或者其它的祛痰、治嗓子痛的药来治疗。<br>总之，这四个方要好好理解。临床上，遇有合其他阳病的、阴虚化热导致的咽喉痛，可以参考使用。
