It is found that the information literacy of rural primary school teachers is better overall, but there are still deficiencies in details. First of all, the application of information technology in rural primary school teachers can meet the general teaching requirements, some teachers show strong application ability, and some teachers still do not fully integrate information technology into their daily work, they prefer to use the traditional way of teaching. Secondly, teachers are more accustomed to face-to-face communication with students, and there are less opportunities to use network communication groups for communication. Therefore, there are some problems in the "consciousness" of the use of information technology and the "online" of students' communication.
