The structure of the electric furnace is the same as that of the ordinary well furnace, which is composed of the furnace body, furnace cover, heating elements, charging basket, hanger and temperature control system. The shell of the furnace body is welded into a drum with steel, and the inside is built with 0.6g/cm3 ultra-light energy-saving firebrick to form a shaft furnace. The load-bearing and colliding parts are made of heavy firebricks. In the process of construction, an appropriate amount of water glass is added to the mud to improve the structural strength of furnace lining. The insulation layer is composed of aluminum silicate refractory fiber, asbestos board and diatomite insulation brick, which improves the thermal insulation performance of the furnace body and reduces the temperature rise of the furnace wall. This structure can not only improve the heat preservation performance of the furnace cover, but also reduce the weight of the furnace cover, which is conducive to the opening and closing of the furnace cover. The opening and closing of the furnace cover is done by a crane. The sealing between the furnace cover and the furnace body is carried out through the sealing groove. When in use, the seal groove can be filled with clean, dry river sand (or sand cotton) at a time and does not need to be added to each furnace. The electric furnace is divided into two heating areas. The power of each heating area is 60kW, and YY connection mode is adopted respectively. Due to the large diameter of the furnace, heating elements are arranged at the bottom of the furnace to improve the uniformity of the furnace temperature. The element is made of 0cr25al5 alloy wire, which is wound into a spiral shape and placed on the furnace wire brick and secured with a custom socket brick to prevent it from falling out of the brick.
