In real operation, they are successively mergering their depots operation and relevant works into PSTW(AP) service system from now on. For example, PSTW(Solution) are proceeding process of combning common work with us in this period and will be formally to work with us in Oct. We will use our current framwork to deal with their stock management and get their more numericaly data after Oct. Unless previous method, we also have request to procurement staffs in charge of purchasing each products service parts no matter the resource from deomestic BD or overseas factories and suppliers for their personal PSR. The weekly meeting with procurement staffs is to check personal PSR whether it achieve within that week. If not, we will discuss with the staff for the main factor to solve it. The PSR of each staff has the comprehensive form gernerated from IT system to show numerically. We take action to lift personal PSR then improving all products PSR to generate synergy.
