摘要：核电厂循环水处理系统主要是通过电解海水产生最大浓度为1600㎎/L的有效氯，投加到机组取水口。有效氯具有毒性，能抑制或杀死海生物的幼虫或孢子，防止冷却取水回路受海生物污损堵塞，而导致传热效率降低，影响机组运行安全。电解海水制氯设备随着运行时间的增加出现不同程度的故障，影响向机组取水口正常连续加药。因此，通过改造增加外购冲击式加药设备与原系统配合使用来提高循环水处理系统运行可靠性，保证机组取水口能正常连续不间断的加药，对机组安全稳定运行具有重大的意义。<br>关键词：循环水处理系统；冷却水；次氯酸钠；冲击式；管线

Abstract: the circulating water treatment system of nuclear power plant mainly produces available chlorine with the maximum concentration of 1600 mg / L by electrolysis of seawater, which is added to the water intake of the unit. Available chlorine is toxic, which can inhibit or kill the larvae or spores of marine organisms, prevent the cooling water intake circuit from being polluted and blocked by marine organisms, reduce the heat transfer efficiency, and affect the operation safety of the unit. With the increase of operation time, different degrees of failures occurred in the electrolytic seawater chlorination equipment, which affected the normal continuous dosing to the water intake of the unit. Therefore, it is of great significance for the safe and stable operation of the unit to improve the operation reliability of the circulating water treatment system and ensure the normal and continuous dosing at the water intake of the unit by adding the purchased impact dosing equipment to cooperate with the original system.<br>Key words: circulating water treatment system; cooling water; sodium hypochlorite; impact; pipeline<br>
