The quality and safety of exported vegetables can be solved from two aspects: the whole process control of vegetable quality and the improvement of information warning mechanism. In response to internal quality problems caused by excessive pesticide residues, relevant departments should start from the production process, impart scientific knowledge and methods to vegetable farmers on the production line, and establish a comprehensive vegetable quality control and management system. Do a good job in every link of circulation and export sales testing, and appropriately punish vegetable farmers or enterprises with unqualified quality, so as to improve the quality of vegetable products from the source.
