An email notification is sent out in below scenarios:o To the user's current manager notifying them of the contractor account creation.o To the user's new manager indicating that the approval is required.o To the user's current manager if the user is a line manager and has outstanding approval items, then current assigned manager of the user must act on them.· If a new manager is not assigned in replacement of line manager (who is converted to contractor), the pending approvals will be transferred to Manager's manage
