Methods: by stratified cluster sampling, 1500 students (1139 valid questionnaires) from five schools in two counties of a certain region were selected for anonymous investigation. SAS software was used for rank sum test, single factor analysis, Spearman correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.<br>Results: 1. The median score of middle school students' health behavior is 24.700; the median score of health knowledge is 8.000; the median score of health skills is 2.000; the median score of health literacy is 34.017.
