1.1供方供应的产品在需方验收、使用、以及需方的客户在使用等任何环节出现品质或安全问题时，供方除立即采取有效措施予以整改外，还需及时挽回由此给需方造成的经济及名誉损失，由供方向需方补偿相应的违约金；
