乘务员正确高效的沟通是其为旅客提供高质量服务的重要基础，同时还能够帮助乘务员避免由于语言而产生的不必要的矛盾，因此良好的沟通能力是保障乘务员和旅客进行顺利沟通的关键。本文在对乘务员语言沟通的定义，以及良好沟通能力对于乘务工作重要性分析基础上，着重探究乘务员语言沟通中存在的问题，如沟通缺乏换位思考、沟通服务用语使用不恰当、乘务员心态不稳影响沟通效果、文化差异导致沟通困难等问题，因而结合这些问题的分析，提出了提升乘务员语言沟通能力的策略，希望有效提升乘务员的语言沟通能力。关键词：乘务员，语言沟通，能力，提升<br>
