The oil mist flows through the spray tank after spraying and liquefying. At the same time, some organic volatiles can be liquefied and discharged from the spray tank.<br>(3) activated carbon adsorption: remove sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and oil mist from the gas in the spray tank. In order to improve the removal efficiency, the gas is further purified by the activated carbon adsorption bed. The activated carbon adsorption bed is equipped with a steam return pipe and a cold and hot air pipe to activate the activated carbon regularly and extend the service life of the activated carbon.<br>(4) Catalytic combustion: the harmful gases in the exhaust gas are basically removed by deodorization in the two processes, but different rubber mixing formulas will produce different organic volatiles, some of which are not easy to remove in the first two processes. The gas purified in the first two stages can be decomposed into carbon dioxide and water by catalytic combustion furnace to reach the emission standard.<br>
