The inner diameter of this kind of external spherical ball bearing is 1:12 share of the taper inner hole, which should be used in cooperation with the tightening sleeve. The characteristic of this kind of external spherical ball bearing is that it can accept more load than the external spherical ball bearing with jacking wire.<br>For example, the inner diameter of uc209 is 45mm, and the diameter of the shaft used in cooperation with uc209 is 45mm, But if we change it into the tapered outer spherical ball bearing, we can only choose the tight set with an inner diameter of 45mm, and the tapered outer spherical ball bearing with 45mm tight set only has uk210 (of course, if it fits higher, we can choose uk310). Therefore, uk210's acceptance of the agreement should be much greater than uc209's.<br>3、 Spherical ball bearing with eccentric sleeve<br>Its code is: uel200 series, uel300 series, sa200 series. The main feature of this kind of ball bearing is that there is a certain eccentricity at the upper end of the bearing, and the eccentric sleeve with the same eccentricity cooperates with it. This kind of bearing can also be said to be a special bearing, because it is mainly used in agricultural machinery (harvester, straw returning machine, thresher, etc.), this kind of spherical ball bearing is mainly used in the layout with strong beating, and the cooperation of eccentric layout can effectively reduce strong jumping.<br>Disassembly and assembly of outer spherical bearing<br>Disassemble<br>1. First loosen the locking screw on the bearing eccentric sleeve with the Allen wrench, then insert the small iron bar into the counterbore on the top cover eccentric sleeve, and loosen the eccentric sleeve against the rotation direction of the shaft.<br>2. Loosen the bolts that fix the bearing seat. Remove the bearing with the bearing housing from the shaft. Before removing the bearing pedestal at one end of the shaft, loosen the bolts of the bearing pedestal at the other end of the shaft, so as to avoid the damage of the bearings at both ends due to the mutual force.<br>install<br>1. Before installing the bearing on the shaft, the fixing pin of the bearing sleeve must be pulled out first, and the surface of the journal shall be polished smooth and clean, and the journal shall be coated with oil, rust prevention and lubrication (the bearing is allowed to rotate slightly on the shaft).<br>2. Apply lubricating oil on the matching surface of bearing seat and bearing, and install the bearing into the bearing seat. Then the assembled bearing and bearing seat are sleeved on the shaft and pushed to the required position for installation.<br>3. Do not tighten the bolts to fix the bearing seat. Make sure that the bearing sleeve can rotate in the bearing seat. Also install the bearing and seat at the other end of the same shaft, rotate the shaft several times, and let the bearing itself automatically align the position. Then fasten the bolts of bearing seat.<br>4. Install eccentric sleeve. First, put the eccentric sleeve on the eccentric step of the bearing inner sleeve, and tighten it by hand in the direction of rotation of the shaft. Then, insert or counter the small iron bar into the counterbore of the eccentric sleeve.
