Descriptions：Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time deliveryAssist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirementArrange sample submission to customers for approvalHandle merchandising related documentsDraft sample instruction, check sample and dimensionNegotiate price & timeline, prepare cost sheet and T&ACo-operate with Design Team in product development and provide information about accessories and production situationUpdate market situation with Design TeamManage of development and orders, follow up production and the delivery time framesPrice negotiation, sourcing suppliers to meet requirements and advance cost effectiveness Communicate and prepare meeting with suppliers/buyers for EU/USA customersResponsible for sourcing and development of high furnitureBased on seasonal concepts and theme to recommend furniture collection to designers / customersUnderstand the customer needs and requirements, develop an effective sourcing strategyEnsure that shipping and sampling shelves are stocked at all timesDistribute completed sample requests to the appropriate managersPerform other duties as assigned by Management
