Summary<br>Business negotiation is an activity carried out by the buyer and the seller in order to facilitate the transaction, or a method and means to solve the disputes between the buyer and the seller and obtain their own economic interests. Business negotiation is produced and developed under the condition of commodity economy. It has become an indispensable part of modern social and economic life. This paper is mainly to understand the concept of business negotiation with the knowledge of business negotiation. Then it analyzes the preparation before negotiation and what happens in the negotiation thinking process. Then it analyzes the skills and strategies that should be used in the negotiation process.
