you can assemble this cake in an "Eclipse"silicone mould Otherwise, you can use any other cake mould , pastry ring ,or shape of your choice assemble the cake upside down as follows 1 pour a 2 cm layer of almond coffee mousse into the mould 2 place the coffee namelaka on top of the mousse3 spread more mousse over this 4 adda layer of the almond dacquoise 5 add more mousse 6 top with the cocoa nib crunch
