[摘要]目的：观察硝苯地平辅助治疗对妊娠高血压患者凝血酶与心功能的影响

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the effects on nifedipine auxiliary thrombin and cardiac function in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension treatment. Method: The hospital 2017 - September 2019 treated 112 patients with gestational hypertension were divided into groups with reference to the combination group, each of the 56 cases, given with reference to Labeiluoer treatment group, the combination group using La Beiluo Seoul treatment with combination therapy with nifedipine. Two groups before and after treatment prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), fibrinogen (FIB); (2) cardiac function: troponin (cTnT), brain natriuretic peptide ( ) changes in the level of BNP. Results: After the treatment, two groups of PT, APPT were significantly increased (P <0.05), the combination group was significantly higher than the reference group (all P <0.05), groups cTnT, BNP, Fib significantly decreased compared with the level before treatment and the combination group were significantly lower than control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nifedipine adjuvant therapy for pregnant patients with high blood clotting function and cardiac function improved significantly pressure, there is a certain clinical application value.

Objective: To observe the effect of nitrobenzene-assisted therapy on clotting enzyme and heart function in patients with high blood pressure in pregnancy. Methods: The 112 patients admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to September 2019 were divided into reference group and joint group, each 56 cases, given the reference group Labellol treatment, the joint group adopted Laberol treatment and nitrobenzene combined treatment. Comparing the heart function index of two groups of clotting enzyme time (PT), activated part clotting enzyme time (APTT), fibrinprogen (FIB) ;(2) before and after treatment: serum troponin (cTnT), plasma brain sodium peptide (BNP) level changes. Results: After treatment, the average pt and APPT water in both groups increased significantly (both P 0.05), the combined group was significantly higher than the reference group (average P 0.05), the average of cTnT, BNP and Fib in both groups decreased significantly compared to the pre-treatment period, and the joint group was significantly lower than the control group (average P 0.05). Conclusion: Nitrobenzene assisted therapy improved blood clotting function and heart function pressure significantly and had some clinical application value in high-blood patients in pregnancy.

Results: after treatment, the levels of Pt and appt in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the levels of cTnT, BNP and Fib in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: nifedipine can significantly improve coagulation function and heart function pressure in patients with high blood pressure in pregnancy.<br>
