Employment ContractsAn employment contract binds both parties to the agreements contained in the contract. Contracts are generally reserved for senior-level managers and professionals such as doctors and teachers, and can cover a wide range of topics. Any areas of the employment relationship not specifically covered in the contract are subject to common law.
