11. LAYTIMETHE ALLOWED LAYTIME AT DISHARGE PORT FOR DISCHARGING THE PRODUCT SHALL BE AS PER VESSEL NOMINATION. LAYTIME SHALL COMMENCE SIX (6) HOURS AFTER TENDERING THE FIRST NOTICE OF READINESS ("NOR") OR WHEN VESSEL IS ALL FAST ALONGSIDE BERTH, WHICHEVER IS EARLIER.LAYTIME SHALL CEASE WHEN HOSES ARE DISCONNECTED UPON COMPLETION OF DISCHARGE.ANY DELAY TO THE VESSEL DUE TO TERMINAL PRECAUTIONARY REQUIREMENTS OR REQUEST, AND/OR QUARANTINE OF ANY TYPES SHALL COUNT AS LAYTIME OR TIME ON DEMURRAGE. THE FIRST NOR TENDERED BY THE VESSEL UPON ARRIVAL AT DISCHARGE PORT IS CONSIDERED VALID.IF THE VESSEL DEPARTURE FROM THE DISCHARGE PORT IS DELAYED AFTER DISCONNECTION OF HOSES FOR PURPOSE(S), REQUIREMENT(S) AND/OR FAULT OF THE BUYER AND/OR DISCHARGING TERMINAL, THEN THE TIME SHALL CONTINUE COUNTING UNINTERRUPTED, AS LAYTIME OR AS TIME ON DEMURRAGE UNTIL COMPLETION OF SUCH PURPOSE(S) AND/OR REQUIREMENT(S).
