2.6.2 Air pipeline
Air ducts are divided into two types: cold air ducts and hot flue gas ducts.
The cold air pipeline is the channel through which the blower provides combustion support to the burner, providing the oxygen required for combustion;
The hot flue gas duct is a channel that forcefully exhausts the flue gas from the furnace through an induced draft fan, used to exhaust the flue gas after thermal storage and cooling.
Pressure monitoring and adjustment devices are installed in the air pipeline as needed (based on the actual quotation) to achieve monitoring or adjustment of wind pressure. The end of the branch pipe on the furnace side is equipped with an explosion-proof film (with a safety net), which complies with relevant safety regulations.
The air pipeline in front of the burner is equipped with heat-resistant steel expansion joints for buffering the deformation of the pipeline due to heating, as well as gas artery impulse valves, directional valves, manual adjustment butterfly valves, etc. for controlling and regulating the air and flue gas volume. It can be automatically switched or manually intervened. Realize control and adjustment of air supply and smoke exhaust volume. The disassembly of the pulse and directional valve body is convenient, and the replacement time is less than 30 minutes at a time. The valve body has high manufacturing accuracy, accurate movement, small external dimensions, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
