As electronic science and technology continue to mature, the development of the automotive field has also grown. Now there are more and more new energy vehicles, so the development and design of automobiles is more inseparable from electrical science and technology. Ultrasonic technology has also been widely used here, automotive ultrasonic technology can achieve the measurement of the driving distance of cars. This design selects ultrasonic waves to measure the safe distance of a car.<br>The project is a microcontroller-based ultrasonic ranging car collision prevention system, the design of the module contains display, master control and keystrokes and alarm prompts and other modules. The system is controlled by the reverse gear of the car, when the car is placed in reverse gear, the system starts to work, when reversing can accurately measure the distance between the car and the obstacles behind the vehicle, and according to the range distance to issue an alarm prompt, realize the real-time display of obstacle distance and dangerous distance alarm function, to help the driver understand the vehicle in real time. This paper design solves the problem of small rear view mirror and narrow field of view, improves the safety degree when the car reverses, and has high practical value.
