The slope coefficients in column (1

The slope coefficients in column (1), (2) and (3) are total capital allocation efficiency of counties located in the eastern region, central region and western region. And they are 0.4404, 0.1214 and 0.1956 relatively. After fixed-effect model applied, the positive coefficients of the eastern region increase to 0.4419. The standardized coefficients of other regions are significantly positive, with lower values (0.0694 and 0.1753) than eastern region. Meanwhile, the coefficients are all significant at least at the 5% level.
