Some Clubs are required by Health Codes to have a portable hand washing sink in the proximity of a demo where raw food is handled before cooking (such as chicken, beef, fish, etc.). In such instances, ensure the hand washing sink is within reasonable proximity of such demos and that every Event Specialist who needs to access the sink can easily do so. For demos that are handling ready to eat foods or simply involve reheating ready to eat food, a hand sink needs to be set up within a reasonable distance.
