Contrast<br>Several methods have been developed for the detection of tyrosine enzymes. Mainly based on fluorescence, color and electrochemical methods. The detection methods proposed in the literature for tyrosine enzymatic testing and the detection limits and characteristics of electrochemical methods in this paper are shown in Table 3. As can be known from Table 3, compared with the traditional fluorescence method and color comparison method, the experimental method has certain advantages in terms of accuracy, cost-effectiveness and detection limits, which can be used as a rapid screening method or for on-line testing of tyrosine enzyme content, and is used to achieve quality research on aquatic products or to monitor the freshness of aquatic products.
