In order to ensure the validity of the designed questionnaire, the tefel method was used to test the validity of the designed questionnaire. Before the formal distribution of the questionnaire, 10 experts (see Table 2) such as cadres of relevant corporate culture construction were invited to demonstrate the validity of the indicators of the questionnaire content, reorganize them according to the feedback of experts and scholars, conduct pre investigation in 10 companies, and then modify them to form the final questionnaire.
