Please see the bank message we got below. They are saying they cannot use the Ningbo Swift Code, so that is the reason why the funds are not coming through. Please also see the last email I got from our bank attached. They send most of their messages via a secure server, so that is why the messages are printed off as a PDF. Can you please send me better wire instructions so that we don’t get these bounces and to make sure you get the funds? Please let me know what you would suggest I do to make sure that we can get this all worked out for future payments.
