This paper aims to solve the key problems in the distribution stage of the last kilometer of e-commerce logistics in Guizhou Province, and meet the requirements of e-commerce customers for the convenience and flexibility of receiving goods in time and space. Starting from the survey on the perception of distribution quality and the demand for indirect distribution of e-commerce customers in Guizhou Province, based on the statistics and analysis of the survey data, this paper analyzes the distribution quality of the e-commerce customers in Guizhou Province, According to the development situation, economic, cultural background and distribution demand of Guizhou, the e-commerce customers are classified, and the distribution modes suitable for different customer groups are found out, and the "last mile" distribution mode of B2C and C2C e-commerce logistics centered on users is constructed.
