Customer interface is a way for enterprises to contact with customers, and a process forenterprises to effectively transfer the value created to the target customers, and also is a continuationof the value creation process. The purpose of customer interface is to enable customers to purchaseproducts or services, and to enhance customer experience in order to obtain more profits. The designof the customer interface will directly affect the image of the enterprise in the customerʹs mind, andalso help the enterprise to obtain customer demand more directly. A sustainable customer interfacemeans that enterprises should encourage customers’ awareness of their own consumptionresponsibility. As the key role in the life‐cycle management, customers should be encouraged toengage in green behaviors [70], such as green production and the recycling of products. Enterprisesshould also not pass on their social or environmental burdens to customers. In addition, due to theenhancement of consumersʹ green awareness, products and services based on environmentalprotection and social responsibility will also stimulate consumersʹ preference towards enterprises.
