Hello,everybody!Today,I want to tell you something about my lifestyle.I think it is important to keep healthy,so I always have healthy food for breakfast,lunch and dinner.I usually eat two pieces of bread,a carton of milk and an apple for breakfast.For lunch,I have meat and vegetables,because they give my a lot of energy for the activities in the afternoon.And for dinner,I usually have fruit,meat,vegetables and soup.
I also do exercise every day.I often play badminton before breakfast.So I think I'm very healthy,do you think so>
